How are you? I’m sorry not to have written to you in a while. Work has taken most of my time. However, I am writing this letter because I left a file at your house on my last visit.

If you could remember, I spoke to you about the ongoing project my company is embarking on at the moment? I came to your place with the documents hoping to do some work on it but unfortunately, the seminar I came for was so intense and drained me mentally. If my memory serves me right, I place the file under the bed. It is locked safely in my briefcase so what you are looking for is a black case. It shouldn’t be hard to find.

I would love if you can send it through an express post so I can receive it as soon as possible because of the deadline associated with my project.
